  Job Description
  
  The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for (but not limited to):
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting
  • Preparation of the organisation's 5-year plan
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations
  • Other ad hoc projects as requested by the CFO and Board.
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  
  A Successful FP&A Senior Analyst Should Have
  • A strong background in accounting and finance
  • Experience in a relevant industry
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A good attention to detail
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in Melbourne.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
