Sephora is part of the Global Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey Group, the world\'s largest luxury goods conglomerate. Across Australia and New Zealand, we have circa 35 stores, a growing online platform, and plans to expand. Our head office is based in Sydney CBD.

The Opportunity

As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are our Beauty Advisors; you are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. You will have the opportunity to work across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will receive initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our online learning platform and field trainers to help customers discover Sephora\'s offerings. Responsibilities (sample)
  • Provide an amazing customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and listening to individual needs.
  • Keep informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Explain features and benefits of our CRM program to help customers be their best selves.
  • Expand knowledge of iconic brands and share knowledge with and learn from the team of Beauty Advisors.
  • Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously learn and explore.
  • Collaborate with the team to support store goals and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous sales experience in retail or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work across Thursday to Sunday or other peak trading times and provide 3 full days of availability, including late nights and weekends.
Compensation

$28.08/hr + Super + Weekend loading
