We're now seeking a highly skilled General Manager – NDIS to spearhead this division and shape its future.

About the Role

Reporting to and working collaboratively with our CEO, as the inaugural General Manager – NDIS, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership across Campbell Page's NDIS operations.
  • Drive growth, sustainability, and innovation, ensuring services meet participant needs and industry standards.
  • Establish robust systems and frameworks to guarantee compliance, governance, and quality assurance.
  • Lead and inspire a high performing team to deliver quality services and outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships with participants, families, carers, government agencies, and sector stakeholders.
  • Embed a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-focused practice.
About You

We're looking for a leader who combines vision, strategy, and operational acumen. You will bring:

  • Proven senior leadership experience with an established NDIS provider.
  • Deep knowledge of the NDIS framework, compliance, and service delivery models.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills with a record of driving growth.
  • The ability to influence and inspire teams, stakeholders, and communities.
  • A genuine passion for inclusion, empowerment, and social impact.
