Responsibilities
  • Lead the expansion of Workato's marketing programs across field, partner and customer marketing, with a focus on the WoW (World of Workato) event in the ANZ region.
  • Own the strategy and execution of high-impact marketing programs to generate pipeline, awareness and deal acceleration.
  • Play a crucial role in WoW Sydney 2025.
  • Support the overall marketing strategy and execution for the ANZ market.
  • Research and identify industry-leading third-party programs to drive new logos, thought leadership and brand awareness, developing innovative ways to reach the target audience through solution-focused content and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure messaging and marketing deliverables align with strategy.
Requirements
  • 7+ years B2B software/technology partner or field marketing experience.
  • Experience in handling large events (1000+ attendees).
  • Preferably experience marketing to IT audiences.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, when travel permits.
  • Preferably experience managing a team.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce and other MarTech is preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with a "make it happen" attitude.
  • Team-oriented, high energy, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong cross-functional collaboration.
