We're on the lookout for an experienced Mortgage Settlements professional (2+ years' end-to-end experience) to join a fast-paced, customer-first legal team helping Australians achieve home ownership goals.

This is a high-volume, high-impact role based in our Macquarie Park office, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, service, and deadlines — with the added benefit of our vibrant, collaborative culture and the support we offer our team by way of weekly massages, on-site Pilates sessions & regular team building experiences.

Most importantly 'We are people helping people' going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What we're after:

2+ years in mortgage settlements or high-volume conveyancing

Experience running files end-to-end in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment

Proactive communicator with a calm, solution focussed mindset

Sharp eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills

Must be Sydney-based — this is a full-time, in-office role at Macquarie Park

Bonus: Exposure to PEXA, VOI apps, or digital mortgage systems
