Position Description

  • Remuneration: $29.05p/h, plus casual loading

About The Role

The cleaner is responsible for maintaining all services, fittings, fixtures and furniture within their allocated area and waste service for patient and non –patient areas in accordance with the NSW Health Cleaning of the Healthcare Environment Policy.

Shifts available: Eight hour shifts, including morning and/or afternoons.

Your main duties will include:
  • cleaning patient rooms
  • cleaning other general areas such as offices, amenity and general areas
  • removal of wastes and or used linen / supply of linen

About You
  • Experience in cleaning hospitals or similar environments
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
