About The Role

As a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Consultant with AWX in a busy factory environment in Heathwood, your role is essential. You will assist the recruitment and onboarding team for new starters and provide detailed administrative support across the candidate and client lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

This role can be fast-paced and high volume, requiring agility and a focus on quality service. You will be supported through mentoring and training to ensure your success.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide recruitment support to the onsite team, including handling emails, screening, and booking interviews.
  • Manage various rosters and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly, adapt to workforce management and payroll systems, and meet daily client KPIs within set timeframes.

What You Bring

Your experience in a similar recruitment or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for success. You are a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and develop.

You will possess the following :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills — we are open to diverse backgrounds but you must be a people person
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
