Here's What We're Searching For Professionally

Be able to work independently and as part of a team;Ability to take direction;Able to work at a fast pace and high turnover environment; andHigh energy, passionate with a strong work ethic.

Here's what we're searching for as an individual :

Previous experience in an assistant management position; preferably a club / day lounge;An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals;A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally;Knowledge on beverage menu development;Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met;Availability for Monday-Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts);A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business;Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; andYou're someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
