The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to Commercial Operations and

other assigned division heads. He/She will align HR initiatives with business objectives to

drive performance and support organizational growth. The HRBP will provide expert

guidance in all areas of human resources management, including talent acquisition,

employee relations, performance management, and organizational develop.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and

implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational

performance.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce

planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues,

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and identify programs to

enhance employee skills and career development.

  • HR Metrics: Utilize HR metrics to assess and improve HR effectiveness, employee
