The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic and commercially astute Sourcing and Procurement Business Partner to lead procurement initiatives across our High Voltage (HV) Equipment portfolio.

In this key role, you'll manage end-to-end procurement activities, develop sourcing strategies, and build strong supplier relationships. You'll collaborate with technical and project teams to forecast demand, manage supply risks, and ensure compliance with governance and safety standards.

About You

You're commercially minded with experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally in HV equipment or electrical infrastructure. You're confident in negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and using data to guide decisions.

You Will Also Bring

• A track record in strategic sourcing, cost savings, and value creation
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Familiarity with procurement systems and contract management tools
• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
