Number 1 cooling is seeking a full-time Admin/Appointment Setter to join our team in Campbellfield.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and setting appointments for our office.
With a focus on customer service and attention to detail, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and booking appointments through social media apps.
- Maintaining and updating customer records and scheduling servicing appointments
- Organising and scheduling appointments for our technicians
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and other clerical duties
- Assisting with the preparation of invoices, contracts and other business documents
- Liaising with customers and internal team
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite as well as social media platforms such as instagram and Facebook
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Must be able to work well alone as well as in a team
- Must have ABN
