Your opportunity :
As our valued Compliance Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative, reporting, and process improvement support / assistance in the delivery of the TPG Customer Operations risk and compliance assurance frameworks. You will be required to undertake tasks to assist in monitoring and improving performance towards risk, compliance, and discretionary spend targets / goals. This includes assessing, measuring, and communicating current performance, contributing to and advocating for key improvement initiatives, undertaking awareness activities, and acting as a specialist point of contact for related enquiries. You will be part of a motivated team engaging with the business to drive innovative solutions to resolve arising problems.
The Compliance Assurance Specialist role is responsible for supporting the delivery of risk and compliance assurance frameworks within TPG Customer Operations.
You'll make an impact by :
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and insights on compliance and credits-related performance and metrics.
- Performing deep dives into trends and emerging opportunities as requested by leadership or identified through day-to-day activities.
- Proactively exploring and proposing opportunities to improve current processes and policies.
- Tracking outstanding actions and recommendations through to completion.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to complete projects and improve processes.
- Raising customer or business impacting risks or issues to relevant stakeholders or leaders.
- Assisting with audits of information and processes as needed.
- Presenting and facilitating meetings on an ad hoc basis.
- Serving as a point of contact for risk, compliance, credits, and escalation-related enquiries, providing specialist advice.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Risk & Compliance Assurance Manager and Analysts.
- Adhering to TPG's policies and procedures, which may vary over time.
What you'll bring :
- Curiosity, high analytical skills, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation with experience in learning systems/platforms and analytical approaches.
- A proactive team attitude with the ability to work independently with limited guidance.
- Experience managing small projects from ideation to delivery is valued.
- Ability to present insights and ideas clearly to management.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders across TPG Telecom.
