Overview

Moolarben Coal mine is Australia's largest thermal coal producer with Underground and Open cut operations producing over 21 million tpa. Reporting to the CHPP Mechanical Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be the inspection and maintenance of the CHPP mechanical infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • On a daily basis you will undertake equipment inspections, manage maintenance and improvements and assist with installations.
Qualifications
  • Relevant mechanical trade qualification: fixed or mobile plant.
  • Proven CHPP or other heavy industry experience.
  • Ability and desire to work well within a multi skilled team.
  • Dedicated to maintaining safe work practices.
  • Methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Sound computer literacy.
