Our client, a leading provider of immigration advisory and workforce solutions, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new business sales and expansion across NSW and Victoria as they navigate their next phase of rapid growth.

Reporting to the Strategic Director, you will be responsible for managing the NSW and Victoria regions, driving new business acquisition and revenue growth while promoting the organisation's immigration and talent solutions. You will implement sales strategies, build and maintain a prospect list, and develop a strong sales pipeline. This role requires strong commercial acumen, proven sales experience, and a track record of growing a region or territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the organisations growth plans.
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across industries.
  • Build, maintain, and actively manage a prospect list and deal sheet to track pipeline opportunities and sales progress.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align new business development with overall company goals.
  • Partner with the Business Advisor & Strategic Partnerships to nurture clients and maximise lifetime value.
  • Identify and participate in promotional events in line with agreed KPIs.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge in sales and marketing.
  • Qualification in business, operations or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role of growing a region or territory.
  • Proven results in selling a service, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience building positive relationships with business stakeholders.
