The Seqwater Engineering Graduate Program

Commencing in February 2026, Seqwater's two-year program is designed to equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to advance your career in the utilities industry.

This program includes a structured learning and development program, providing a solid foundation as you complete four 6-month rotations across different areas of the business.

Focusing on graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, these rotations offer professional exposure to various aspects of Seqwater's operations.

Additionally, Seqwater graduates benefit from a structured professional development program aimed at enhancing skills and supporting career growth within the utilities industry.

As a development program this position has a starting salary of $90,491.97 + 12.75% Superannuation with incremental increases through the program.

In Order To Apply You Must Have

Working rights in Australia

Be an undergraduate studying Engineering in either Electrical, Civil or Mechanical in your final year due to complete prior to February 2026 or completed your degree in the last two years with sound academic achievement (GPA 4+).

Seqwater's recruitment process

We have a dedicated team working on our graduate recruitment to ensure you and Seqwater are a good fit for each other.

Your application will be reviewed by a real person. We then employ a range of recruitment practices to help us get a comprehensive view of your strengths, skills and interests. This can include Video Interviews, Cognitive Testing, and face to face interviews with our hiring team.

Applicants that are shortlisted will be invited for a face-to-face interview at our Brisbane CBD offices on Creek Street.
