Our client is a warm and energetic family of four, and is on the lookout for a professional Nanny and Household Assistant who brings both physical energy and emotional warmth to their home. The parents — both accomplished executives in the fitness industry — lead fast-paced lives and are looking for a reliable, fun-loving support person who can keep up with their lifestyle and connect deeply with their two toddlers.

The children, aged 2.5 and 3.5, are bright, active, and affectionate — a little girl who's gentle and helpful, and a little boy who is full of bounce and curiosity. The right nanny will be someone who thrives in busy environments, leads with positivity, and builds meaningful relationships through consistency, kindness, and play.

Your Role in the Adventure

This is a part-time role based in Hamilton, moving to Bracken Ridge in the coming weeks, with consistent weekday hours:

• Mondays: 7:00am–5:00pm
• Fridays: 6:00am–4:00pm
• No weekends required, with the possibility of extra hours if needed

This position involves both childcare and light household management.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing breakfast and daily meals for the children

• Planning and engaging the kids in fun, active play, reading, and creative time

• Running household errands including unpacking delivered groceries and laundry

• Prepping a simple family meal for the evening

• Supporting bath time and evening routines before parent handover

• Keeping a calm, structured, and positive household environment

You're a fit, healthy, and energetic individual with a big heart and even bigger smile — someone who takes initiative, brings structure to the day, and genuinely enjoys building bonds with young children. You understand the balance between being hands-on and knowing when to step back, and you bring a level of calm, confidence, and capability that comes from experience.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in nannying, early childhood education, or structured childcare roles

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Proven ability to manage both children and light household tasks with ease

• Excellent references that speak to your reliability, maturity, and warmth

• Valid working rights in Australia and relevant safety checks (e.g., Working with Children Check)
