**Our Family**:

- We are a busy professional couple with 10-year-old twin girls. We are easy-going people who value a stable routine and the girls are bright kids who enjoy gaming, music and being creative. We have had nannies helping us for most of the kids' lives to help us balance family with our work demands. Our current nannies have seen an increase in their uni hours so we are looking for more regular help on the days specified. During term we can offer a stable routine of days. The girls attend a local school so the schedule is quite set. We have a well-established routine for their evenings which works well, and Saturdays are usually pretty chilled out.

**Your Duties**:

- School pickup at 3pm on Tuesdays and Fridays during term. Transport home, help with homework, relaxing, dinner prep, personal care, getting ready for bed etc. Starting at 7am on Saturdays, mainly involving chilling out, doing some fun activities at home or taking them out every now and then. We would like some basic domestic tasks done but nothing too stressful, e.g. loading the dishwasher, basic meal prep, general tidying up, and washing the kids' clothes on Saturday if needed. Involving the girls in all of these would be great. If it's possible that you could fill in or do extra hours occasionally (e.g. one Monday evening a month, the occasional late Saturday) and do some flexible days sometimes during school holidays that would be ideal. Pay will be negotiable depending on experience however we would expect a well-qualified nanny with a car to be paid at least $30/hour. We would start you on a trial period of 1-2 weeks immediately after an informal interview with us on a weekend or evening, and could try to arrange some overlap with one of our current nannies if you'd like. **Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- The ideal applicant would: - have significant experience in nannying and/or childcare, - be able to work reliably on the days above with capacity to do more days on occasion (eg. to cover our other nanny going on leave on Wednesdays, or occasional late work commitments), - be proactive in supporting aspects of the kids' care including homework, personal care and mealtimes, - be confident in asking any questions and communicating openly with us, - have your own insured vehicle in good condition, - have references we can speak with, and obviously a Blue Card etc. is essential. We are happy to cover any additional costs if you take the girls out, and any breaks and so on are paid.
