As their project pipeline continues to grow, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their expert team and contribute to some of Australia's most significant upcoming projects.

The Role

  1. A Contracts Administrator to join the team in the procurement stage
  2. Procurement, package, and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
  3. Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments, and contract correspondence — both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
  4. Monthly budget management and reporting

Experience / Qualifications Required

  1. Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
  2. A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ years with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
  3. An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
