About Your New Employer:

About The Role:
  • Advise across all aspects of construction law – front-end, transactional, and project delivery
  • Manage disputes and risk mitigation for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects
  • Draft, negotiate and advise on construction contracts and project documentation
  • Liaise directly with clients and contribute to business development initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years PQE with experience in construction and infrastructure law
  • Admitted in Australia with strong commercial acumen and technical ability
  • Previous exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters preferred
  • Excellent drafting, communication and relationship-building skills
