Position: Diploma/ ECT Room Leader
The Centre
This wonderful School ELC is based on Sydney's North Shore. The longstanding Head Teacher is extremely supportive and involved in the day to day running of the school, making herself present to all staff and children.
The Opportunity
A rare position is coming up for an experienced room leader to join the team on a permanent, full time basis. As an experienced teacher, you will be responsible for the planning and programming, as well as mentoring the other educators within the room.
You will be part of an incredibly strong team who are dedicated to delivering a curriculum of the highest quality, and exciting and enriching learning experiences for the children - both in the classroom and in the stunning outdoor areas. With regular excursions into the local area, you will be part of a centre that has created fantastic connections to their community.

The perfect educator for this role will have had room leader experience. In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and fantastic communication skills.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and/or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- NESA accreditation
- Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis + CPR
- Working with children clearance
