• Our graduate roles are designed to cultivate foundational skills through our Paraplanning business, enabling graduates to sculpt their career journey at Perpetual. You will focus on real and meaningful work, and have early responsibility and accountability. You will be stretched to learn in a supportive and inclusive team.
• We will help you build your networks and expand your knowledge and experience with access to a diverse leadership team.
• The program runs for twelve months and is supported by a formal development program to support your career growth over this period. Beyond the program, you will continue to forge your career with opportunities available across the various business units within Perpetual Wealth Management.

To be eligible for the Perpetual Graduate Program

• Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed within the last three years.
• Willing to relocate to the location of the role you are applying to.
• Credit or above WAM / GPA.
