Are you an experienced property management professional ready to step into a dynamic leadership role? We are seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee, mentor, and grow our dedicated property management team while driving operational excellence across our portfolio.

About the Role: As the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for leading our property management department, ensuring compliance with legislation, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional service experience for landlords and tenants. You'll play a key role in shaping systems and procedures to support the team, while fostering a positive culture of accountability, professionalism, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing property management team
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio
  • Streamline systems, policies, and compliance procedures
  • Provide expert advice and support to landlords, tenants, and staff
  • Drive business growth through client satisfaction and retention
  • Report directly to the Principal and collaborate with the wider team
About You
  • Proven experience in property management leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of legislation and compliance
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
