Anzuk is supporting a client in constructing a new early learning centre in Brisbane's inner suburbs, scheduled to open in July 2025. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to join from the beginning and contribute to the centre's success.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the start, lead with purpose, inspire positive change, and be part of a supportive, values-driven organization.
Responsibilities:- Establish processes, hire the team, and oversee the fit-out of the centre.
- Lead the centre with purpose and inspire positive change.
- Ensure operations align with the organization's mission and values.
- Manage daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience as a Centre Director in an Early Learning Centre (minimum 3 years).
- A&R experience achieving at least a 'Meeting' standard.
- Strong track record in increasing occupancy.
- Diploma of Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Experience with start-ups (desirable but not essential).
- Three-stage interview process with the company's internal hiring team.
