Pay: $51.73 - $70 Per hour (Dependent on qualification) + Super + Bonuses

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
  

About Goodstart Brighton, North Road

• Welcome to Goodstart Brighton, North Road – a warm and inviting 79-place early learning centre located in the beautiful bayside suburb of Brighton. Our service is proudly rated as Meeting the National Quality Standard and is currently operating at approximately 95% occupancy, with 75 children enrolled. With such a strong foundation in place, we're ready for a passionate, driven Centre Director to lead us on the journey to Exceeding.
• With spacious indoor learning environments and engaging, nature-inspired outdoor play areas, our centre provides children with a nurturing and stimulating space to learn, grow and thrive. We offer programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework, and our team of committed educators pride themselves on building strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
• Our Brighton, North Road Centre is perfectly positioned close to local schools, shops, and public transport, making us a convenient choice for families. We are seeking a Centre Director who brings:

• Vision and drive to lead the centre from Meeting to Exceeding
• Strong leadership and accountability building a high-performing and engaged team
• Commitment to continuous improvement in pedagogy, practice, and team culture
• Confidence in managing relationships from families to community networks and key stakeholders

You'll need:

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with leading and managing change within education
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
