Job Description

About the role

Onsite is seeking Field Service Technicians across our Western region on a permanent, full-time basis.

These roles are FIFO (fly-in-fly-out) from Perth to various locations across the Pilbara & South West regions, on an 8:6 roster (8 days on, 6 days off).

Reporting to the Team Leader, the role involves maintaining Onsite assets on customer sites.

Working with a diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more, your responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs in the field and workshop as required
  • Logging jobs in our service module and completing all paperwork daily
  • Monitoring and recording parts usage
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Skills and experience

Along with a positive attitude and high regard for safety, ideal candidates will have:

  • A mechanical trade qualification
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
  • The ability to work unsupervised in the field
  • The ability to participate in an on-call roster
