About The RoleAt Mad Mex, our Grill Masters are the fire behind the flavour, dedicated to perfecting every grill dish with skill and flair. Your role is to lead the grill station with passion, cooking fresh and delicious Mexican dishes to our exacting standards.
You'll work with our secret recipes and ensure each meal is crafted with care, while following food safety and hygiene standards. With your energy, you'll be an essential part of delivering bold, flavour-packed meals that keep guests coming back for more.
