About The Role

Our Grill Masters are the fire behind the flavour, dedicated to perfecting every grill dish with skill and flair. Your role is to lead the grill station with passion, cooking fresh, delicious Mexican dishes to our exacting standards. You'll work with our secret recipes and ensure each meal is crafted with care, while following food safety and hygiene standards. Your energy and expertise help deliver bold, flavour-packed meals that keep guests coming back.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the grill station with passion and precision.
  • Cook fresh Mexican dishes to Mad Mex standards.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals.
