Description- Manage end-to-end SAP project implementations, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee vendor management and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with public sector policies and guidelines.
A successful SAP Project Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in managing SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working within the public sector or similar environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or SAP systems.
