The Workday Integrations Manager, Consulting Services, should be a practice leader providing expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Consulting management team and their members.
This individual will assist the sales team with activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
They will collaborate closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, acting as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management.
Additionally, they will help identify business needs, staff projects, and monitor work/life balance for consultants.
Key Responsibilities : Project Oversight : Oversee projects across the practice.
Assist Engagement Managers and team members in identifying project needs, reducing risks, and developing solutions and strategies.
Sales Support : Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work.
Team Leadership : Assist in recruiting, developing, and managing a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
Promote a team-oriented, challenging, and innovative work environment.
Methodology : Drive teams and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
Establish credibility with clients and within the company; build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
Build trust-based relationships and foster business development opportunities.
People Development : Mentor and coach team members.
Analyze team skills and facilitate cross-training to maintain staffing flexibility.
Advise management on team members' expertise and availability.
Performance Management : Set goals and objectives during bi-annual reviews.
Collect performance feedback from customers and project managers quarterly or upon project completion.
Gather internal contributions data for HR quarterly.
Skills & Requirements :3-7 years of Workday or other ERP consulting implementation experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proven experience leading a virtual team for over 3 years.
Characteristics: fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Ability to work well within and across teams.
Experience in sales engagement, estimating, and presenting to prospects.
