Overview

Cali Press is a leading health-focused QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand with a strong presence across NSW and kicking off a national expansion. We're passionate about creating premium products, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and scaling a culture-first business. With ambitious growth plans nationally, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in a part-time capacity.

Reporting to the Directors and working closely alongside our COO, the CFO will be a critical partner in driving financial performance, shaping strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong governance across the group.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of all monthly financial reporting, board packs, and management insights.
  • Oversight of cashflow management, capital structuring, and funding strategies.
  • Providing commercial and strategic advice to support growth initiatives (new store rollouts, catering division, new product launches).
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.
  • Building robust systems, controls, and processes to support scalability across the business.
  • Supporting external relationships with financiers and investors.
Qualifications
  • Retail experience across the QSR sector.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of CFO or senior finance leadership experience.
  • A professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA).
