The Opportunity

Mayfield Early Education Brinsmead is currently seeking a passionate Centre Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. You will ensure the smooth running of our well-regarded Centre, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our children and their families.

This is a personally rewarding role where you can impact the lives of many. You will be valued for your ongoing efforts, commitment, leadership, and dedication to your role.

Qualifications
  • Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
  • Valid Blue Card
  • Current First Aid or CPR Certificate
  • Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
  • Child Safe Standards Knowledge
  • Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain.
Our Successful Applicant
  • Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
  • Demonstrate organisational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process.
  • Show a strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
  • Be passionate about achieving the highest quality of education and care for children and families.
  • Radiate brightness, friendliness, and energy.
  • Be available to work 38 hours between Monday to Friday - 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
