We support over 1.6 million people across our region, focusing on mental health, aged care, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, digital health, and workforce development.

About the Role

As IT Manager, you'll lead the strategic and operational delivery of our ICT services. You'll manage our infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support services, ensuring business continuity and alignment with SEMPHN's evolving digital roadmap. You'll also champion continuous improvement, lead ICT project delivery, and foster a collaborative, high-performing tech team.

About You

You'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in senior ICT leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of server, network, and cloud environments
• Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
• Excellent project and vendor management skills
• Experience building digital capability and leading teams
• A passion for driving innovation and systems improvement
• Tertiary qualifications in IT (desirable)
