Are you ready to lead with purpose, passion, and creativity? At Endeavour Foundation our community service portfolio is calling for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in complexity, brings a buzzing energy to the floor, and knows how to turn challenges into achievements.

This isn't just management—it's movement. You'll be steering two unique service streams (Learning and Lifestyle Centre & Community Access), each with individual needs and fast-moving parts. Your days will be spent actively supporting your team, engaging with participants, and building strong relationships with families that lay the foundation for lasting outcomes.

You'll Be Responsible For
  • Designing and implementing innovative, person-informed programs
  • Team leading of passionate Support Workers with agility and heart
  • Planning daily operations and assigning the right people to the right programs
  • Ensuring client retention through meaningful engagement
  • Strengthening a range of stakeholder relationships to deepen community impact
  • Agile in your problem-solving whilst keeping things running smoothly
  • Making the role your own through proactive initiative and top-tier organisation

Requirements For The Role
  • Qualifications of bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • 2+ Experience working within the human services field at leadership level
  • Experience in large team management of 20+ direct reports and over 70+ participants attending the service
  • Hold or Willing to obtain: NDIS Screening Check, WWCC, Police check
