Founded over 70 years ago, we focus on enabling individuals to achieve their dreams, goals, and potential. Our services range from supported independent living, supported employment, and community services to learning and lifestyle programs. We operate in local communities across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, providing a variety of disability services to support an inclusive society.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager located in Toowoomba, QLD. The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of the site, ensuring high-quality support services for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include staff supervision, resource management, client engagement, compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The Site Manager will also collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
- Experience in staff supervision and resource management
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance in disability services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff
- Experience in community engagement and stakeholder collaboration
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Tertiary qualification in Disability Services, Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Experience in the disability sector or a similar field is a plus
