What do you need to join BFX?

• Solid work ethic and a responsibility to produce quality work every single day and care about our products
• Previous experience desired depending on roles, however, most roles offer on-the-job training
• Ability to work to a production schedule
• Safety mindset and the ability to follow safety procedures
• Work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Experience using hand tools
• There is some manual handling, so a medium level of physical fitness is required (although most lifting is machine-assisted and shared)
• Valid Forklift license and experience (if looking to be considered for Forklift operator role)
• Valid driver's license (own transport is desirable but not mandatory)
