The Opportunity

As Facilities Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations across a sought-after precinct of commercial buildings. This hands-on, relationship-focused role will see you lead maintenance, compliance, and contractor performance with a strong focus on operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing maintenance and operation of all building services and systems
  • Implementing preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and reactive repairs
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Coordinating contractors and vendors for quality, timely service delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance and enhance occupant experience
What You'll Need

We're looking for a proactive, confident FM with a strong technical base and great communication skills. You're someone who thrives in a high-performance, stakeholder-driven environment.

  • Experience managing A-grade or multi-site commercial buildings
  • Solid technical knowledge of building services and maintenance planning
  • Strong contractor and vendor management capability
  • A customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on service excellence
