The Team Leader is an integral role within our Menswear Service and Selling team, supporting our Customer Service Managers to optimise customer in-store experiences. Team Leaders coach, develop and engage with their Service and Selling team, share sales knowledge and lead by example providing outstanding customer service to achieve sales targets.

Your Background:

  • People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail environment
  • Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
  • Passion for customer service and a love of retail

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times.
