ENDORSED ENROLLED NURSE - Full Time Position. An Endorsed Enrolled Nurse opportunity exists for qualified and motivated nurses to join our Medical Unit. As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (direct or indirect) of the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
- As a Medication Endorsed EN, administer medications according to state law and organisation policy.
Hunter Valley Private Hospital is located on the fringe of Newcastle, close to beaches and the Hunter Valley, with easy access to the Pacific Motorway, vineyards, and university. The hospital is an 83-bed facility offering surgical, medical, and rehabilitation services. Essential Criteria
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children Check
- Enrolled Nurse qualification in Monitoring and Administering IV Medications
- Advanced level of clinical skills (desirable)
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
