About the Role The Digital Iteration Manager works within a cross-functional team to ensure the successful delivery of strategic and tactical digital initiatives. Supporting both Platform and Product leads, the Digital Iteration Manager drives the delivery of outcomes and outputs through the domain (Omni Digital, Store Operations and Team Member Technologies business unit), delivering optimised lifecycle management of scalable, fit-for-purpose platforms that reduce complexity, risk, and cost. Reporting to the Head of Digital Platform, this role ensures that teams are focused, aligned with business priorities, and are equipped to deliver value on time and within scope. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective, and sustainable business change within Domain. * Working closely with technical team members, Digital Product Owners and stakeholders to define the delivery roadmap and break down the work into manageable stages (iterations). * Aligning squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps. * Facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums. * Removing delivery blockers and managing risks, dependencies, and financials. * Communicating progress to senior stakeholders and Group Executives. This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Brisbane (Strathpine) or Sydney (Rhodes), with a hybrid work model. About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: * Significant delivery experience in agile environments. * Proven track record delivering IT projects involving software implementations. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior executives. * Ability to lead cross-functional delivery and manage complex dependencies. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. In addition, you are an experienced Iteration Manager who thrives in a complex, fast-paced, and agile delivery environment. You've led project delivery as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master, ideally in retail. Furthermore, you have deep understanding of delivery frameworks, tools and techniques: e.g. Scrum, Kanban, PI (Program Increment), planning, work breakdown, automated testing, CICD etc, and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels as well as bring out the best in cross-functional squads.
