As a leading global technology supplier, Nippon Eirich offers a comprehensive range of machines, plants, and services related to the fine grinding of soft to very hard materials.

TowerMill is a vertical agitated media mill developed in Japan, favored in ferrous and non-ferrous mines for its high capacity and fine grinding ability. TowerMills are increasingly replacing conventional horizontal ball mills or are used for fine grinding after coarse grinding by traditional mills. Nippon Eirich is seeking an application engineer for their Brisbane operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role will be based in Eight Mile Plains and will provide services to clients across the country. Experience with the TowerMill or comminution in grinding circuits will be highly valued.

As an Application Engineer, you will develop long-term relationships, providing a high level of customer service and project management support, from initial supply to testing for TowerMill clients.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, ideally RPEQ, or on the path to attaining this.
  • A strong background in process or mechanical engineering design, with particular expertise in comminution or grinding.

Skills:

  • Proactive and capable communicator, able to build relationships with clients and respond to technical queries with timely solutions.
