About The Opportunity

Programmed are looking for an experienced Gardener (Team Leader) to join our team in Sydney working in a mobile crew committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services across our contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team and to secure long-term employment with the bonus of working outdoors while earning a steady income.

Location : Multiple positions available across Metropolitan Sydney

Position Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standardCoordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks as requiredMonitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to help team members develop their skills and achieve their potentialPerform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weedingUndertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubsImplement mulching and planting programsUse commercial small plant horticultural equipmentEnsure sites are maintained and presented to a high standardComply with all occupational health and safety processes and proceduresOperate a range of commercial out-front and zero-turn mowers and other small plant equipment

About You

To join our team, you will have qualifications or experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening, or landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have :

A current driver's license and white cardA professional approach to the workplaceThe ability to execute work to a high standardA strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems
