We're on the lookout for a proactive and driven HSEQ Coordinator to support our operations across the ACT and Yass regions.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll play a key part in driving positive outcomes across Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality. You'll work closely with teams across the region, providing hands-on support and guidance.

Our Opportunity

  • Support compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards
  • Assist with internal audits, risk assessments & incident investigations
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and promote safe work culture
  • Collaborate with teams to strengthen integrated management systems
  • Assisting with internal audits, risk assessments, inspections, and site inductions
  • Promoting safe work practices and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Supporting product testing and continuous quality improvement processes
  • Maintaining reporting tools, dashboards, and integrated management systems
  • Engaging with stakeholders to build a proactive safety and quality culture

Required Skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented & driven to make an impact
  • A genuine passion for safety, environment, and/or quality improvement
  • Experience in WHS/OHS, environmental compliance, or quality management
  • Great communication skills and confidence to engage with people across all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage data/reporting
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Valid drivers licence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications in WHS, Environmental Science
