In this varied and rewarding role, you'll play a key part in driving positive outcomes across Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
You'll work closely with teams across the region, providing hands-on support and guidance.

Our Opportunity Support compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards Assist with internal audits, risk assessments & incident investigations Drive sustainability initiatives and promote safe work culture Collaborate with teams to strengthen integrated management systems Assisting with internal audits, risk assessments, inspections, and site inductions Promoting safe work practices and employee wellbeing initiatives Supporting product testing and continuous quality improvement processes Maintaining reporting tools, dashboards, and integrated management systems Engaging with stakeholders to build a proactive safety and quality culture Required Skills Proactive, detail-oriented & driven to make an impact A genuine passion for safety, environment, and/or quality improvement Experience in WHS/OHS, environmental compliance, or quality management Great communication skills and confidence to engage with people across all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage data/reporting Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset Valid drivers licence Preferred Qualifications Qualifications in WHS, Environmental Science Equal Opportunity Statement SOILCO is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we promote a workplace that values and foster the diversity of our staff.***Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted***Please note that SOILCO does not accept unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles from external agencies or suppliers via any method.
