Job Description

As the People Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, consistent employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Based in our Youfoodz Head Office in Karawatha, Brisbane and reporting to the People Operations Lead, you'll support the ANZ People team with core HR processes, systems and initiatives that help enable business and people success.

Job Description

As the People Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, consistent employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Based in our Youfoodz Head Office in Karawatha, Brisbane and reporting to the People Operations Lead, you'll support the ANZ People team with core HR processes, systems and initiatives that help enable business and people success.

You will…

• Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on People topics, including policies, leave, remuneration, benefits, L&D, and employee relations
• Act as a local systems expert for Workday, Betterworks and 360 Learning, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting
• Coordinate and manage onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle activities
• Review and maintain People policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with global standards
• Support the delivery of learning and development programs and engagement initiatives
• Manage visa and sponsorship processes, ensuring compliance and consistency
• Maintain relationships with external providers such as benefit vendors
• Contribute to People projects through reporting, insights and project ownership
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve People processes
  
  

You have…

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
• Experience in a HR/People role supporting operational activities and projects
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia
