About the Company

This builder is well known for delivering residential, commercial, and industrial projects up to $40m and has a strong senior management team in place.

It's a fun and enjoyable place to work, with some great projects coming up with repeat clients, most of which are negotiated.

Initially, the role involves managing a $40m Luxury Apartments project in the Eastern Suburbs, with most work in the east.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Supervise and manage the project through to completion
  • Provide regular project reporting on time, cost, and quality
  • Work closely with subcontractors to drive the programme
  • Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
  • Provide exceptional customer service during the handover and defects phase
  • Manage WH&S requirements for each project under relevant legislation and company systems

About You

  • Experience delivering projects over $10m in an SM role from start to finish
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team
  • Ability to liaise with customers during sales and settlement processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
