About The Role

Based at our beautiful Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village in Melbourne, you will use the latest technology—including our own purpose-built care app—and all your nursing and people skills to:

  • Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
  • Coordinate, motivate, and develop your team
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Provide support to your Clinical Manager

We have a full-time role available working Tuesday - Saturday 08:00-16:00.

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
  • The ability to lead, share knowledge, and motivate your team
  • Kindness, compassion, and drive to deliver first-class care to our residents
