Kitchen (Back of House) Team Member

Our Kitchen Attendants are responsible for delivering high standards of food while maintaining health and safety. Specifically, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Handling food preparation based on the chef's instructions, which includes tasks such as washing, cutting and peeling.
  • Preparing various types of sushi handroll, nigiri, inari, etc
  • Maintaining kitchen hygiene.
  • Checking pantry supplies.
  • Stocking up ingredients.
  • Ensuring a smooth and speedy kitchen operations.

Skills and Experience :

Previous hospitality experience is great, however not essential.Willing to work hard and have a positive attitude.Must have eligibility to work in Australia.
