About the role:

The National Retail Team Lead will have the overall responsibility to manage the day-t o -day activities for the assigned sites in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Canberra, Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory and South Australia, and be the key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client.

The role will assume overall responsibility for managing compre h ensive engineering and facility management services and contractors, equipment and supplies.

This role will manager four direct reports, who are based across Australia.

Main Duties:

• Manage technical and facilities operations while maintaining Critical Environment requirements and meeting client KPIs/SLAs
• Implement JLL's Operational Risk Management program, including disaster recovery and incident reporting procedures
• Lead team development by fostering high morale, enabling training opportunities, and creating an environment for performance excellence
• Build effective client relationships as the on-site key point of contact, proactively engaging stakeholders to meet expectations
• Oversee vendor management to ensure timely service delivery that complies with both client and JLL procurement guidelines
• Monitor contract performance, costs, and renewals to deliver optimal client value
• Ensure site financial operations meet or exceed targets while adhering to JLL's Code of Ethics
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards, protecting workers and visitors according to established guidelines
• Recommend and implement continuous quality improvement practices and industry best practices
• Provide 24/7 emergency support including on-site attendance as required

What we are looking for:

• A strong comm unicator with good presentation skills and possess strong verbal & writt en communication skills
• Facilities Management experience
• People Management Experience
• Someone who has a passion for quality has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of se rvices
• Self-motivated; confident & energetic
• Able to work across multiple, matrix reporting environments and prioritise activities accordingly
• Experience working in a retail environment or for a big household brand
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to rapidly c hanging situations
• Goa l-orie nted - able to fo c us on meeting all performance targets
• A team player who is cooperative and works well with oth ers to meet targets
• Able to initiate and follow t hro u gh with improveme nt initiatives
• Ex hibits honesty & tr ustworthiness
