Our Mungari mine, with a life expectancy through 2038, provides ample growth opportunities. It features underground and open pit mining, along with a recently expanded processing plant. Located in Western Australia's Goldfields, you can choose to work FIFO from Perth or live locally in Kalgoorlie, enjoying a close-knit community and local lifestyle.

This roster is 7 : 7 days on, 12-hour shifts. Residential in Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.

About the role

As part of our Service Crew team, you'll be an underground all-rounder, ensuring smooth and safe operations. Reporting to the Mining Shift Supervisor, your daily tasks will include:

  • Installing and repairing services and ventilation systems
  • Building vent walls and installing cable bolts
  • Prepping drill holes and maintaining high housekeeping standards
  • Operating heavy diesel equipment and cleaning mono pumps

Safety is a priority—you'll lead by example, identify hazards, and help eliminate risky behaviors. You'll also be responsible for environmental considerations around underground operations.

About you

You're experienced, reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to make an impact underground. To succeed, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of service crew experience
  • Minimum 18 months of underground mining experience
  • Current manual C Class Driver's Licence
  • Dangerous Goods Security Card
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Current Police Clearance

You are a team player with strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities. You plan effectively, make confident decisions, and seek continuous improvement.
