The Role: We're now seeking a proactive and professional Office Coordinator / Receptionist to be the face of our Melbourne CBD office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and takes pride in providing top-tier administrative and reception support. Permanent position, fulltime hours 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Modern office with stunning views, located near Melbourne Central - convenient for transport including Train, Tram, Bus and Car. What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff – welcoming everyone with a friendly and professional approach. Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring smooth communication across the office Oversee office supplies, meeting room bookings, and general office upkeep. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in office common areas, including kitchens. Assist with administrative tasks, manage purchase orders and invoices, document management and basic data entry. Support the leadership team with ad-hoc tasks and coordination of office activities. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or similar administrative role. Reliable and strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems. A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail. Why Join Us?
